Social Media Executive

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive who is bursting with brilliant creativity and ideas, to join our well-established creative team based in West London. Here you will have constant access to our luxury showrooms where we currently carry out our content creation. You will be expected to take the lead on all our socials for our well-known brand and be confident with a personal proven track record. We would like you to work a minimum of 3 days per week, preferably in the office. The preferred working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday so that you can work closely with the marketing and editorial teams.

Objective
• We are looking for an exceptionally creative social media executive to work in house for 2-3 days a week in West London alongside the rest of the marketing team.
• We are looking for someone lovely and bursting with creativity and energy who can bring their ideas to the table, execute them and increase our social media presence.
• You will be responsible to monitor our socials at all times and be instantly reactive to DM's.
• You will be focused on improving brand awareness, grow followers, increase reach and engagement, raise traffic, database growth and overall sales.
• You will be expected to take the lead on developing and implementing organic content strategies.
• You would work alongside our paid social expert on developing and implementing paid social strategies and carry out the creation of paid social creatives accordingly.
• You will have a strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
• You will understand ecommerce best practice, website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• You will be working with the Head of Marketing to execute the social strategy & grow channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest.
• You will work very closely with our marketing team to ensure our messaging on all our channels are aligned.
• You will carry out the content creation across all social media platforms.

Job Description
• You'll have already been in a role in the social media industry for a minimum of 3+ years where you've managed social content creation, content planning & built social strategies for brands.
• You’ll work on our existing core social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn (and others).
• You need to consider yourself as 'very creative' and have the ability to put together reels and create new content within our luxury West London showroom, on location shoots or use our existing materials to hand.
• Have experience with graphic design platform Canva.
• Be efficient with scheduling software such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social etc.
• Have core video editing skills, using software such as Premiere and CapCut.
• Ensure that the campaigns are performing, adjusting them accordingly, with an appreciation of financial spend and report back regularly to the Head of Marketing on ROI.
• Work well as part of a team or individually. We are a friendly bunch of employees here, and culture fit is important to us.
• The office environment is bubbly, and we seek those employees with a solid work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.

• Location is Isleworth, TW7 6NJ, however as a freelancer we are happy to discuss flexible and negotiable hours.
• The minimum requirement is 3 days a week.
• Typically, our main office is open Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
